Job Description:

This job is responsible for planning and coordinating the execution of large program deliverables which requires engagement across multiple organizations. Key responsibilities include communicating target outcomes, coordinating delivery, resource planning, providing visibility of program health, and managing program risks, compliance and financials. Job expectations include ensuring delivery meets the client's expectations in terms of the target outcomes, timeline, and cost and facilitating sync points between business and technology leaders and Risk and Compliance partners.

Responsibilities:
  • Leads and coordinates routines to support delivery of large programs, such as kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates
  • Broadens relationships with business and technology leaders across multiple organizations, as well as Compliance and Risk
  • Establishes target outcomes in partnership with stakeholders and leaders
  • Tracks success metrics and provides status updates to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to the target outcomes, delivery, performance, risks, issues, and schedule
  • Collaborates with sponsors and stakeholders to ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements
  • Manages program financials and supports resource planning

Position
Summary:
  • Responsible for the planning, coordinating, and delivery of defined deliverables for LATAM portfolio under GPS International program which requires engagement from teams across multiple organizations. Communicates the target outcomes, coordinates delivery, manages risks, ensures compliance to standards, and provides visibility into the health of the program. Ensures execution and delivery meets the client's expectations in terms of the target outcomes, timeline, cost.
  • Manages financials for the program, co-ordinates with project delivery lead with resource planning, and facilitate sync points between business and technology leaders across multiple organizations. Establishes the target outcomes in partnership with the stakeholders and leaders. Makes sure project over/under burns are within the SLA
  • Establishes and builds relationships with business and technology leaders across multiple organizations, as well as Compliance and Risk. Coordinates and facilitates the program routines - e.g. kick-off, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates, etc.
  • Plans and coordinates delivery and dependencies across multiple organizations. Promotes/facilitates communication and collaboration across
  • organizations to achieve the target outcomes and timeline. Facilitates dependency management/risk management/impediment removal.
  • Responsible to provide status updates to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to the target outcomes, delivery, risks/issues, and schedule.
  • Ensures that execution is aligned with target outcomes by working with the sponsor/stakeholders. Ensures the work delivered complies with Enterprise Change Management standards.
  • Tracks the success metrics and reviews performance with stakeholders and leadership. Manages the financials and assists with resource planning for the program. Provides input to define/improve the Change Management process for the Portfolio. Individual Contributor. Tracking deliverables E2E from Agile plan view to JIRA.

Required Qualifications:
  • Agile / Scrum Master experience.
  • 5
    years of End-2-End Project/Release Management experience.
  • Strong Project Management Skills, ability to lead a team and drive to results Must have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Must possess analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Strong project financial management skills.
  • Guides projects through all phases, ensuring required standards and processes are followed, required documents are completed, and required tracking systems are kept updated.
  • Develops and manages to project plan.
  • Identifies, assigns, tracks, escalates, and resolves issues.
  • Schedules and facilitates regular meetings to review progress and status, and ad hoc topical meetings; formulates agendas and documents.
