Sr. Manager, Finance

Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. is seeking a Sr. Manager, Finance with a track record of demonstrating exceptional financial expertise and strategic guidance. Join our world-class team in Cincinnati and contribute to making a significant impact in our commercial operations and manufacturing/supply chain operations.

As the Sr. Manager, Finance, you will play a crucial role in improving the financial reporting and forecasting process of our commercial manufacturing, ensuring accurate valuation of inventory and providing insightful analysis on key cost drivers. You will collaborate closely with operations and supply chain leadership to drive effective decision-making and accountability across all functions. Additionally, you will lead the Operation & Supply Chain Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Forecast process, working closely with department managers to meet commitments.

To excel in this role, you should have a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent experience, along with 8 to 10 years of progressive experience in operations finance, cost accounting, and supply chain finance. Strong leadership, collaboration, and analytical skills are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI is highly desired.
