Manage a variety of unique efforts and projects related to the AMMO Program for the Norfolk District.

Provide program integration across multiple agencies and organizations to develop appropriate requirements for multiple projects, conformance with criteria, and compliance with policies and procedures.

Perform as the project team leader, implementing corporate decisions, guidance, laws, regulations, and policy in the program and project development and intermediate products.

Integrate Executive and/or Congressional schedules and criteria, and establish project scope and criteria, parties, assumptions and risks, contingencies, and performance measurement criteria.

Review and/or prepare recommendations for contractor project changes.
Develop and recommend the District's position relative to Congressional inquiries and/or contractor claims/protests/disputes and prepare responses.

Develop standard methods and procedures to be used throughout the AMMO Program to manage projects and funds; utilize design and construction directives; and develop and submit budgets for design/construction funds.

Determine the source of and resolve problems relating to design and construction delays, excessive costs, and other technical problems.
