About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Reliability Program Manager to join our team at Eastman. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in maximizing the return on investment (ROI) of reliability initiatives through a balanced approach of preventative and reactive maintenance. Your expertise will be instrumental in defining and maintaining reliability standards and processes that drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Champion Reliability Transformation: Lead the implementation of our corporate reliability strategy, leveraging expertise and established relationships to drive transformational change.
  • Reliability Strategy Development: Serve as a Division Leadership Team liaison, accountable for reliability target setting and performance via alignment on business strategy, performance monitoring, reinforcement, and enforcement.
  • Asset Integrity Management: Assess process execution, prioritize gap closure support, and drive asset strategy development and monitoring improvement choices for cost and output.
  • Rapid Improvement Efforts: Lead rapid improvement efforts for sites, including opportunity discovery, routine development, and gap closure actions.
  • Reliability Improvement Implementation: Provide implementation support, IT systems, and new technology adoption, and networking.
  • Auditing and Enforcement: Perform auditing and ensure enforcement of reliability standards and processes.
  • Reliability CoE Core Team Member: Serve as a member of the Reliability CoE Core Team, leading standards development, establishing external connections, owning specific KPIs and metrics, and providing subject matter expertise support coordination.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or significant relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree).
  • Experience: 10+ years of relevant experience, including experience in manufacturing with general knowledge of reliability and reliability management systems.
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate with higher levels in the organization. Experience with strategy development and project management. Excellent team leadership and mentorship skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Travel: Moderate travel will be required to network with assigned sites.
