Responsibilities:
Taking inbound calls, responding to inquiries and complaints using standard scripts and procedures.
Gathers information, assesses customers needs and researches or resolves the inquiries.
Goals to be met monthly, so production is a daily must.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Experience with data entry.
Prior call center experience.
Education:
High School

1-4 years
Qualifications:
Dependable
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to multi-task.
Good computer skills including 10 key and typing must be able to type 40wpm.
Willingness to learn.
Good customer service and problem solving skills.
