Customer Service Technician Job Opportunity:

  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety protocols
  • Assist in updating respiratory grid
  • Be available for on-call assignments when necessary
  • Deliver, set up, and maintain medical equipment and supplies
  • Educate patients and caregivers on equipment usage and maintenance
  • Provide customer service over the phone and in-person
  • Coordinate insurance coverage verification
  • Maintain company vehicle and referral log
  • Monitor office supplies and equipment
  • Report equipment hazards or incidents as required
  • Prepare documentation for billing and sales representatives
  • Travel to patients' homes for equipment set up and deliveries
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Pass background investigation and drug screening
  • Hold a valid driver's license with a clean record
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience with medical equipment preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
