WHAT YOU'LL DO

The Technical Product Owner (TPO) is the key link between business requirements and agile teams. This role ensures efficient technical product development by understanding customer needs and translating them into user stories. The TPO focuses on initiatives in the sales and operations space, specifically the Sales Enablement platform.

WHERE YOU'LL WORK
  • This role will be based in our Leawood, KS office with remote options in the United States.
HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME
  • Translate business requirements into features and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with Technical Product Managers and business product owner to gather customer needs and feedback.
  • Prioritize and manage backlogs, adapting requirements based on user engagement and market feedback.
  • Track product development against success criteria and customer feedback.
  • Support development teams in backlog grooming and sprint planning.
  • Communicate effectively across functions and cultures to drive alignment.
  • Manage deadlines, prioritize tasks, and identify and mitigate risks.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant fields combined with work experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in project management, Agile development, or information technology.
  • Experience in a dynamic environment with the ability to guide teams through changing priorities.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise applications in sales and operations.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodology and ability to prioritize features.
  • Leadership skills and ability to drive decision-making.
  • Strong digital acumen and project management skills.
