The Reverse Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining document records, return submissions, and scheduling for the Reverse Logistics, E-Commerce, and B2B operations. This position will assist the Reverse Logistics Supervisor, E-Comm Sr. Lead, and Reverse Logistics Sr. Lead to submit and record necessary records in a timely and organized fashion up to and including audit compliance documents and record keeping processes.

Work Schedule: M-F 6a-2:45p


Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities

Create vendor Return POs and submit to designated contacts for each monthly return cycle.Work with department supervisor and leads to schedule inbound/outbound shipments from Reverse Logistics and B2B operations.Develop knowledge of WMS, SAP, and Microsoft Office applications to further assist the operations when not scheduling or communicating with outside parties.Maintain accurate, organized records of facility returns, BOLs, audit documents, and office supply levels.Willingness to participate in warehouse operations when immediate responsibilities are fulfilledMaintain professional communication and build positive working relationships with vendor contacts and external operational teams.Must be self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.Performs other duties as assigned, including working in other departments as needed.
QualificationsAt least 18 years of ageNeed to have strong communication skillsHigh Level of attention to detailHigh school diploma or equivalentAssociates Degree centered in Logistics or applicable field highly preferredProficient in Microsoft Office ApplicationsExperience with ERP systems (SAP) highly preferredEnvironmental Job ConditionsMay require lifting and moving objects weighing 30 pounds or team lifting heavier objects when needed.Located in an indoor environment with exposure to changing temperatures, including heat and cold, noise and dust.Perform repetitive, dexterous movements related to computer use and data entryWhen needed stand, sit, bend, twist, lift for up to 8 hours a day. In accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position. At BJ's Wholesale Club, we carefully consider a wide range of non-discriminatory factors when determining salary. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications. The pay range for this position is starting from $20.00.
