Key Responsibilities: Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize network, system & cloud performance, identifying and addressing bottlenecks, latency issues, and other performance challenges to deliver an exceptional user experience.

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic initiatives to modernize our Network infrastructure and enhance customer connectivity, aligning network architecture with business objectives and industry best practices.Network Design and Implementation: Design, architect, and implement scalable and resilient network solutions that support our evolving business needs, leveraging the latest technologies and protocols.Cloud Integration: Lead efforts to integrate network connectivity with cloud platforms, ensuring seamless connectivity and optimal performance for cloud-based applications and services.Security Compliance: Implement robust security measures and protocols to safeguard our network infrastructure and customer data, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.Vendor Management: Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers, evaluating and selecting vendors based on quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams, mentoring junior engineers and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in Network architecture and design, with a focus on network technologies.
  • Proven track record of successfully architecting and implementing network solutions in complex, multi-site environments.
  • Expertise in network security principles, protocols, and technologies, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
  • Expertise in troubleshooting complex performance issues ranging from network, system & application issues using broad set of tools, such as standard observability tools, analyzing packet captures, and system logs.- Strong understanding of cloud technologies and architectures, with experience integrating network connectivity with leading cloud platforms such as Azure and Google Cloud.- Industry certifications such as CCIE, CISSP, or Azure Certified Solutions Architect are a plus.If you're ready to take on a leadership role in modernizing our Network infrastructure and driving innovation in customer connectivity, we want to hear from you.
