Job Overview:
Serigor Inc is in search of a highly skilled Lead Systems Architect with extensive experience in Geographic Information Systems (GIS).

Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Proficiency in Windows Server environments (2008/2012/2016/2019) including Active Directory, Group Policies, and Firewall Configuration.
- In-depth knowledge of networking concepts, firewall management, NAT rules, load balancing, and IP configuration.
- Significant experience in systems administration, focusing on server management.
- Expertise in ArcGIS Server and ArcGIS Workflow Manager Server versions 10.5.1, 10.8.1, and above.
- Proficiency in "Portal for ArcGIS" Server and the installation of ArcGIS Web Adaptor and multiple Web Adaptors.
- Familiarity with Load Balanced ArcGIS Server products and Shared Config-Stores.
- Experience with ArcGIS License Manager and ArcGIS Desktop applications (ArcCatalog, ArcMap, etc.).
- Ability to publish ArcGIS Map Documents and deploy various file types including MXD, SD, SDE, AGS, and JTC files.
- Basic knowledge of Python, JSON, and browser development tools is advantageous.
- Understanding of the relationship between IIS and Tomcat for ArcGIS Server operations.

Professional Skills:
The candidate should demonstrate:
- Extensive systems administration experience on the Windows Server platform, including web and application server deployments.
- Skills in monitoring, diagnostics, and performance tuning of systems.
- Experience in server and application architecture, systems integration, and deployment of .NET applications.
- Capability to optimize system performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Proficiency in the administration and configuration of monitoring tools (SCCM/SCOM/NAGIOS, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead complex projects independently and display initiative.

Interpersonal Skills:
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while managing individual responsibilities.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
- Capacity to review and refine existing processes to align with organizational priorities.
- Willingness to participate in on-call duties and support after-hours work as necessary.
