The extensive menu features a variety of Gallic classics, including onion soup gratinée, steak frites and escargots, as well as daily plates such as bouillabaisse and cassoulet. Qualified candidates will have:
- 1-2 years minimum of experience as a Line Cook or Chef in a well-rated restaurant
- Experience with prime cuts of meat, fish, and poultry.
- Strong knife skills

- Willingness to learn and the ability to take direction.
