Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain accounting books in accordance with company policies and GAAP
  • Conduct comprehensive account analyses and reconciliations for balance sheet accounts
  • Assist in developing and maintaining accounting controls
  • Prepare corporate financial reports and analysis on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
  • Analyze technical accounting matters and propose solutions
  • Identify process improvements and support implementation
  • Coordinate special projects as necessary
Requirements:
  • Ability to solve technical accounting problems
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Team player with adaptability
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA or master's degree a plus
  • 3-5 years of experience in Big 4 accounting firm or public company with SEC experience
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
