As a Quality Associate II in our Business Controls Support team, you will partner with Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) Collections, Recovery and Auto Operations business lines to optimize quality operations while sustaining a sound control environment. You will support quality testing data analytics, quantitative sampling methodology, test population isolation, test structure and AI/ML support. Your role also includes implementation of effective test processes, prompt response to shifts in review priorities and ability to adopt emerging technologies to increase automation.

Support optimization of quality operations
Structure and implement critical tests, including isolation of relevant populations and development of quantitative sampling methodologies
Develop and support business implementation of AI/ML quality initiatives
Process highly confidential information in a processional manner
Administer related operations and tech change management protocols
Analyze data to identify emerging themes, trends, and performance opportunities with an end-to-end mindset
Prepare and deliver management reporting
Demonstrate a sense of urgency in responding to escalated issues, rapidly changing priorities, and adverse performance
Respond to executive management requests for ad hoc analysis and testing
Model Chase Values and cultivate a dynamic, inclusive community.
Prioritize strategic initiatives, reporting, and key deliverables

Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience in financial services
3 years of data analytics and development experience in quality testing
Proficiency in data analytics, reporting techniques, reporting automation, statistical sampling methodology and intelligent solutions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent ability to deliver results in a highly stressful environment where priorities shift rapidly
Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills
Highest level of professionalism, self-motivation and sense of urgency
Ability to consistently meet challenging deadlines
Ability to follow complex methods and procedures in diverse tasks
Strong Microsoft Product skills
Proficiency in SAS, Alteryx, Python, JAVA, or comparable software

Experience with Webstats and/or ACES
Certification in Six Sigma, Lean, or other process improvement methodologies
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards in financial services
Ability to influence and drive change across diverse teams and stakeholders
