Role Definition

Leading a team that provides solutions for IT and business management on applying technology to business opportunities, planning and implementation of cross-functional applications. Providing oversight of development processes, ensuring best practices are followed and mentoring a team of developers. Leading the team through technical challenges and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Responsibilities

Provide consulting services to internal business groups on projects.
Oversees a team that analyzes, defines and documents client's requirements, and delivers systems capabilities, as necessary.
Monitors the implementation of cybersecurity standards and polices in projects or services.
Participate in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems that are cost effective and meet business requirements.

Proven experience in team leadership and managing collaborative workloads.
Preferred background in Agile methodologies.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams on development projects.
Passionate about and knowledgeable in cybersecurity processes, policies, and procedures.
