With your leadership, your team will engage with customers, delivering exceptional service that sets us apart in the retail landscape. You will build lasting relationships with customers, ensuring that their next visit feels personal and familiar, ultimately earning their loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive operational excellence by managing back-office functions, including customer follow-ups, human resources tasks, inventory management, and merchandising.

- Foster sales growth through community involvement, event coordination, personalized client interactions, and social networking.

- Continuously enhance the store's visual presentation to optimize sales based on current inventory and popular items.

- Recruit, train, and mentor a team of part-time stylists, empowering them to excel in their roles and advance in their careers.

- Set ambitious sales targets for your team and acknowledge outstanding performance.

- Address underperformance and policy violations promptly to ensure team success.

- Educate the team on sales strategies, store metrics, and personal sales objectives, motivating them to reach their goals.

- Cultivate internal relationships across the organization to achieve store objectives and contribute to FREEBIRD's overall success.

- Stay informed about industry trends, retail dynamics, and community insights to effectively strategize and adapt.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate is passionate about fashion, highly organized, self-motivated, and brimming with personality. You should possess a genuine love for people, empathy, and a strong desire to positively impact others' lives. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with the confidence to engage with new individuals. A calm and composed demeanor is crucial.

Additionally, a bachelor's degree or a minimum of two years of experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment is preferred. Flexibility in scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required.

Compensation Range: $45,000 - $65,000
