The Spartanburg facility is a cutting-edge coffee roasting and pod packaging center, along with a full beverage distribution hub. It stands as the largest manufacturing and distribution site in the region, embracing the core tenets of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and Lean manufacturing principles. The site boasts top-notch enterprise IT systems and manufacturing execution systems, coupled with highly automated equipment for processing, packaging, and material handling.

Job Title: Senior Quality Assurance SpecialistResponsibilities:
  • Safety: Champion the site's safety initiatives, promote safe behaviors, conduct safety audits, and ensure compliance with safety training.
  • Quality: Cultivate a Zero-Defect quality mindset, adhere to quality control standards, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Production: Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to address equipment issues, lead improvement projects, and enhance site performance.
  • Develop and deliver training on quality policies, procedures, and testing methods.
  • Lead process improvement and problem-solving efforts, analyze data, and ensure inspection plans align with machine capabilities.
  • Engage in cross-team collaboration, share best practices, and contribute to a standardized quality approach.
  • Participate in corrective and preventive action processes, conduct root cause analysis, and facilitate sustainable solutions.
  • Facilitate process mapping, capability studies, and improvement projects within the TPM framework.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, foster a culture of quality, and actively participate in quality management systems.
Shift & Schedule:

This full-time position is for Nights 1 on a 3-4 schedule, with flexibility for overtime, weekend, and holiday shifts.

6:30pm - 7:00am

  • Week 1: Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday
  • Week 2: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Saturday
