Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Sales Operations Specialist with experience in sales, customer service, and marketing, particularly in retail or cellular environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support major national retailers under the guidance of an Indirect Account Manager.
  • Conduct 3-4 store visits daily and complete visit reports for each location.
  • Engage in follow-up discussions with the Indirect Account Manager to review previous visits and reports.
  • Achieve and surpass regional sales targets through effective management and execution of sales, marketing, merchandising, and promotional initiatives.
  • Maintain and expand the existing customer base while managing customer retention.
  • Collaborate with various departments within the organization that impact the Indirect channel.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to present information effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated success in sales and proven leadership capabilities.
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Willingness to learn and manage a broad range of product and service information.
  • Ability to stay informed about products, services, and industry trends in a rapidly changing landscape.
  • Skill in effectively addressing customer concerns and challenges.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours as determined by the Account Manager or Brand Ambassador.

Work Schedule: Candidates must be available to meet customer needs while exceeding service expectations. Typical hours are from 8 AM to 8 PM (Monday through Saturday) and 11 AM to 7 PM on Sundays. Schedules will vary weekly, and some holidays may be required.
