Position Overview:

The Sales Coordinator plays a crucial role in the Sales & Marketing department by performing essential administrative tasks that facilitate the sales process. Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute general office tasks to assist the Sales & Marketing team, such as filing, emailing, typing, faxing, and copying.
  • Prepare and manage sales-related documentation throughout the sales cycle, including proposals, contracts, and event orders.
  • Enhance brand visibility both internally and externally.
  • Compile materials and create information packages, including brochures and promotional content.
  • Utilize effective sales techniques to maximize revenue while ensuring guest loyalty to the brand.
  • Input, retrieve, and verify information in sales-related software, including commissions and leads.
  • Address guest inquiries regarding property services, including operational hours, rates, and special events.
  • Act as the primary contact for clients, responding to their questions and requests via phone and email.
  • Adhere to company policies and maintain a professional appearance while ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests, anticipating their needs and expressing genuine appreciation.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and guests, preparing accurate written documents and answering calls with professionalism.
  • Foster positive working relationships within the team, supporting collective goals and addressing employee concerns.
  • Comply with quality assurance standards and expectations.
  • Perform physical tasks, such as moving and lifting objects weighing up to 10 pounds.
  • Complete other reasonable job duties as assigned by supervisors.
