Job Description:

This role plays a crucial part in the Brand Marketing team, focusing on consumer-facing Loyalty programs for our proprietary brands (Marathon and ARCO). It's a key player in our growing digital marketing and e-commerce initiatives, offering a great chance for a driven individual to grow and collaborate with the Clean Product Regions in developing targeted marketing strategies.


Job Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Advertising team and Ad Agency partners to create annual marketing plans for loyalty programs in line with the overall Brand Marketing strategy.
  • Gain expertise in various marketing tactics such as social media, influencers, digital PPC, automated e-marketing, and Google Analytics.
  • Work closely with various stakeholders to execute consumer loyalty campaigns, including Ad Agencies, Region teams, Loyalty Vendor(s), Reward Partners, and Brand Customers.
  • Oversee vendor and program partner relationships, and take charge of digital marketing campaigns, member engagement strategies, and station advertising materials to support loyalty initiatives.
  • Spot consumer trends, insights, and competitive intelligence to boost loyalty at Marathon stations throughout the consumer journey.
  • Collaborate with the Data Science team on advanced member segmentation and personalization analyses to enhance the effectiveness of loyalty initiatives.
Job Requirements:
  • Must have a Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, or a related Business field.
Qualification & Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or the energy industry.
