The Manager, Global & US Public Relations will support the larger PR and marketing team in creating positive and impactful earned media coverage on key products, campaigns and initiatives that will help drive the business forward and create halo awareness for the brand.

The Manager will support and bring to life storytelling around some of Reebok's most iconic Classics products in addition to new performance silhouettes and technologies, unique pop-culture and fashion collabs, as well as the brand's notable talent and people partners.

Job Responsibilities

Key Accountabilities:
Support in the development and execution of brand and product storytelling to tell the deeper story behind our brand and our products
Create engaging global press materials that build upon Reebok's larger business narrative and resonate with media around the world
Regularly liaise with top US media, building strong personal connections that can be capitalized on for strong coverage results
Support PR team in pitching execution of key stories across the brand
Support and manage VIP/celebrity gifting initiatives
Regularly update and manage team media lists
Manage reporting and tracking for for US earned media
Provide on-site support for relevant press events
Additional responsibilities for the Manager include: celebrity seeding; media list management; press material creation; activation and event support, media monitoring & reporting, and more

Product Marketing, Product Development, Design, Ecommerce and Legal

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
Strong writing skills with a passion for storytelling
Creative thinker; always on the lookout for the next story and/or opportunity
Conversant in social and owned media strategy
Strong media relationships
Event management experience
Meticulous attention to detail
Outstanding organizational skills; the ability to prioritize, multi-task and manage time
Works well in a highly collaborative environment
Ability to work quickly while maintaining a strong attention to detail
Works well in a highly collaborative environment
Experience working with monitoring services like MuckRack and Cision
Experience working with influencers and talent a plus

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an office environment
Agency experience a plus
