About the role:

As a Partnership Manager at CollegeVine, you will play a crucial role in changing how colleges recruit students. You'll assist hundreds of higher education institutions globally in representing their brand and increasing their enrollment. In this role, you'll help our partners understand and maximize the potential of our AI recruiting products. Your support will ensure that partners seamlessly integrate our technology, fully utilize its capabilities, and feel supported throughout their journey.

Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Onboarding: You'll be the welcoming committee for our clients, guiding new them through the onboarding process and making sure they start using our products smoothly. You'll earn their trust through your integrity and competence, ensuring a positive first impression.
  2. Customer Activation: You'll make sure new customers efficiently meet baseline activation criteria for our products. You'll make the deployment of AI collaborative and fun, turning what could be a daunting task into an enjoyable experience.
  3. Client Engagement: You'll keep our partners excited and engaged. Your job is to ensure they're using our products regularly and effectively, and that they feel heard and valued. Lead our partners through any challenges optimistically, ensuring they always see the potential benefits ahead.
  4. Progress Tracking: You'll be the record-keeper for partner interactions, meticulously tracking partner progress and making sure all the info is accurate and up-to-date.
  5. Support Process Oversight: You'll oversee the entire customer support process, ensuring all customer issues are tracked, managed, and resolved promptly.
  6. Partner Interaction: You'll build strong, positive relationships with our partners, making them feel valued and understood.
  7. Brand Stewardship: You'll represent the CollegeVine brand with energy and professionalism, embodying our values in every interaction and ensuring our partners see us as a modern, high-energy, and trustworthy partner.

Requirements:

  • A 4 year degree
  • Proven experience in partnership management or customer success, preferably in a technology or AI-driven environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Proficiency in using CRM and project management tools.
  • Experience in the field of higher education.
  • Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts.
  • Experience in conducting training sessions and webinars.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
