What you will do

Lets do this. Lets change the world. In this vital role you will support our marketing strategy for our rare disease business team.

Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the disease state, competitive landscape, literature and therapeutic management of the Thyroid Eye Disease (TEPEZZA), in addition to understanding managed care and infusion center dynamicsManage and enhance external relationships with thought leaders and strategic business partnersSupport implementation of marketing strategy via execution of congresses, symposia and peer-to-peer programs as well as be able to generate insights through advisory boards and meetings with external advisorsWork closely with marketing and sales leadership, sales training, and internal cross-functional groups to develop and execute brand campaign, messaging, marketing initiatives and marketing materials to educate and engage stakeholdersWork collaboratively with cross-functional partners to continue to grow product adoption as well as to support the strategy for expansion of opportunityLead external partners (ad agency, meeting planners, market research, consultants) to ensure integration and consistency of strategies, messages and tactics across several projects at once and within agreed upon timelines and budgetsLeverage business insights and expert feedback to provide active input into the development and review of brand strategy and tactical planGain feedback on and track marketing program efficiency and continuously strive to optimize marketing programsWork with promotional review committee (PRC) to ensure that marketing materials meet brand and regulatory guidelinesWinWhat we expect of you We are all different, yet we all use our unique contributions to serve patients. Basic Qualifications:Doctorate degree OR Masters degree and 2 years of Marketing and/or sales experienceOr Bachelors degree and 4 years of Marketing and/or sales experienceOr Associates degree and 8 years of Marketing and/or sales experienceOr High school diploma / GED and 10 years of Marketing and/or sales experience Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree required; Graduate business or healthcare related degree preferred3+ years of experience in marketing/sales preferably in the healthcare pharmaceutical industryOphthalmology, and/or Biologic specialty product marketing or sales experience, preferredExperience working with multiple projects and handling multiple external vendorsMust have strong planning, project management, communication, and organization skillsAbility to seize feedback and provide clear direction is crucial.Flexibility to work in a fluid, fast-paced environment with multiple demands with initiative and independence requiredAbility to develop and execute on the principles of brand management, including brand positioning, messaging & overall campaignWork well with othersRequires approximately 30% travel, including some overnight and weekend commitmentsProficient in Microsoft OfficeProfessional, proactive demeanorStrong interpersonal skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsThriveWhat you can expect of us As we work to develop treatments that take care of others, we also work to care for our teammates professional and personal growth and well-being.
