About the Role

The Operations and Account Manager will play a crucial role in launching our new home health business. This hybrid position will require working closely with the executive leadership team and cross-functional departments to ensure a seamless launch and operation. Additionally, this role involves selling our new home health services to potential clients, expanding our reach and impact in the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the operational setup and strategic launch of the home health business line, ensuring alignment with company goals and market needs.
  • Work closely with executive leadership to refine and implement launch strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, and Sales, to develop and enhance service offerings.
  • Drive business development efforts, engaging with potential clients to sell and onboard them to our home health services.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of the home health business, making data-driven decisions to guide growth and improvement.
  • Ability to keep all aspects of business launch, including sales, recruiting and development on track as the quarterback.
  • Roll-up sleeves mentality and get stuff done; bias for action.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, and/or related field or work experience.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in operations and account management, preferably in the healthcare or home health industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing new business initiatives.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and business growth.
