As the Associate Partner Account Manager at Luna, you will have immediate impact with an opportunity to build on our growing partnerships within assigned regions cover Cleveland and the surrounding area.
Associate PAMs are also for responsible for collaborating with Luna Partner Success as we launch new partnerships and provide a world-class implementation experience. Additionally, PAMs develop relationships with physicians, case managers, and staff to assist in the launch and growth of partnerships. The Regional PAM will take a proactive approach to build programs and initiatives that drive value and achieve referral goals.

How you will have an Impact
- Act as the 'face' of Luna in an assigned region
- Have a comprehensive understanding of field sales and apply that knowledge and skill to complete a wide range of tasks,
- Oversee and manage 2-4 markets and focus on key partners to grow sales.
- Be instrumental in the early stages of creating relationships with physicians and office personnel via effective and professional communication methods
- Encourage physicians and their teams to refer patients to Luna by creating trust and belief in the Luna model, and providing excellent customer service
- Schedule and perform virtual and in person briefings with Physicians/Teams - Introduce them to the Luna process and develop successful working relationships
- Analyze regional data with some assistance from management and innovate new processes to increase patient volume
- Maintain orderly, comprehensive data to remain organized and knowledgeable of all working relationships and necessary follow-up communications
- Collaborate effectively with other Luna employees, specifically the internal key stakeholders partnered with you, and contribute respectfully, professionally, and kindly to the Luna team
- Meet or exceed monthly productivity results-based goals

What you can offer Luna
- Minimum 4+ years of healthcare sales/account management experience, including sales, project management, strategic planning, and implementation of broad initiatives.
- Able to travel within the assigned region as customer needs dictate. Expected 40% of the time.
- Ability to use G Suite, CRM (preferably HubSpot)
- Excellent presentation, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Valid Driver's License
- Must provide their own vehicle, however, mileage reimbursement will be covered.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree
- Positive, competitive, self-starter with an ability to manage a high-growth territory.
- Must be based in Houston
