The primary responsibility of the Analyst, Brand Compliance and Reporting is to support the compliance of Global Responsible Sourcing programs and initiatives at the Brand level. This position will also assist the licensee governance reporting and data collection. Daily tasks include - managing data, adding/deleting vendors, coordinating audits, reviewing reports, monitoring factory status, and providing support to Brands teams. The Analyst will coordinate data collection, documentation projects, reporting and analytics for Licensees, and the multiple VF Brands as needed. The position will be supported by the Sr. Brand Compliance Manager.
How You Will Make a Difference:
Manage the Fair Factories Clearing House (FFC) Database
Collect necessary factory information to create new accounts or activate existing accounts for all factories that produce In-line Products, Collaborations, Promotional Products and Commercially Purchased Goods Maintain relevant information and monitor status for each active factory in FFC Request, coordinate, and track factory audits (initial, follow up, and annual) Maintain and manage an active factory list and confirm results with each business unit on a seasonal basis Oversee Audit requests, reports, and corrective actions
Support Audit requests and scheduling as needed Review Audit reports and communicate information to relevant teams Follow up on Corrective Action Plans and re-audits with Sourcing Teams, as necessary Develop working relationships with 3rd party certified auditors and help coordinate audits for brand collaboration programs Support brand collaboration Factory Compliance requests and requirements Support Factory Compliance Communication
Maintain a strong understanding and alignment with of all aspects of the VF Factory Compliance program, requirements, and implementation process Support Brand teams with questions about Factory Compliance and provide resolutions to any issues Present VF Factory Compliance and Global Responsible Sourcing information to new Partners and Factories, as needed Reporting
Maintain and organize the database of all licensee information Ensure proper licensee documentation is submitted for approvals Maintain and organize new vendor onboarding information Run analytic reports for Brand Compliance Team Skills for Success:
Years of Related Professional Experience: 1+ years
Educational/ Position Requirements:
Minimum Degree Held: A Bachelor's degree in social science, supply chain management or related field. Minimum Relevant Experience: 1+ years apparel/footwear industry experience in sourcing, social compliance and/or in field audit. Candidates with exposure to working in the industry in North and Central America region preferred. General experience in the supply chain field of apparel and footwear will be considered a plus. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Strong analytical and report presentation skills including computer skills in mainly database, spread sheets and power-point. Ability to work independently, but a team player who can collaborate productively with both internal and external stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to successfully handle multiple projects and programs. Fluent English Special Physical and/or Mental Requirements:
Some travel by air and overnight, as required (5-10% of time). Other Specific Working Conditions: This role will occasionally require early morning and evening meetings due to global nature of business. Hiring Range:
$54,432.00 USD - $68,040.00 USD annually
Incentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
