Guest Services Supervisor Responsibilities: . Oversees front desk operations. . Provides guest service, guidance and leadership to ensure consistent customer service is provided. . Assigns and instructs team members in details of work. . Monitors lobby traffic to make staffing adjustments accordingly. Resolves customer complaints. . Trains, supervises, schedules and assists in evaluating staff. . Provide every guest with a personal, exceptional experience . Ensure prompt, professional and efficient operations at the front desk . Providing engaging and distinctive guest service . Uphold hotel policies and procedures . Follow all required standards and procedures Requirements: . 2 years hotel front desk clerk experience or 1 yr hotel supervisor experience required. . Previous supervisor experience (1 year minimum) required. . Ability to solve problems and multitask . High energy and enthusiasm for guest service . Hilton experience preferred
