Mission

Reeves Construction Company is currently seeking an individual for the position of Asphalt Lute Person in Augusta, GA. The successful candidate for this role will have an uncompromising focus on safety excellence.

Essential Duties
  • Must have prior experience working with hot mix asphalt in road and/or site construction.
  • Must be capable of raking asphalt to provide an accurate and quality finished paving product.
  • Must be able to receive and carry out detailed instructions, but also be able to work without direct supervision.
  • Must be self-motivated to provide a quality finished product for the Company and its customers.
  • Must have the ability to work safely and follow the policies and procedures of the Company.
