About the location:

Offering 286 total guest rooms and suites, two award-winning dining outlets (Ciclo and Live Oak), a luxury spa, and 17,121 sq. ft. (1,591 m2) of event space, we remain one of Austin's first and longest-standing luxury hotels. About the role:
Four Seasons Hotel Austin is seeking a Conference Services Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic Sales & Catering Team. We are looking for someone with excitement and dedication in serving our guests. Satisfying our guests depends on the united efforts of many, we are most effective when we work together cooperatively, respecting each other's contribution and importance.

What you will do:

Are you excited about delivering the best conference experience to our guests? This position may be the perfect fit for you This role will provide administrative support to the Conference Services Managers while being familiar with all aspects of the conference planning process. We are looking for someone who is passionate, personable, detail oriented and strong communication skills.

What you bring:

  • Previous experience within Catering or Conference Services preferred
  • Previous hospitality experience preferred
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service and exceed customer expectations
  • Work authorization in the United States required
