HOW YOU ADD VALUE

Support P&C Business Partners as they advise front line managers on employee relations, employee development, performance improvement plans, terminations, and documentation
Oversee day-to-day operational support for assigned organizations, liaison with People & Culture operations team to process employee changes
Act as trusted advisor and credible source of information for managers and employees
Partner with P&C Business Partners to initiate recruitment, assist with job descriptions and initiate market data analysis
Execute performance management activities including goal setting, performance reviews and compensation
Conduct exit interviews, aggregate themes and provide actionable recommendations to enhance culture and engagement
Maintain fundamental knowledge of employment laws related to day-to-day management of employees
Project manage various people and culture initiatives independently and proactively provide updates to People & Culture business partners
Special projects as assigned

WHAT YOU BRING TO THIS ROLE
Required:

Bachelor's Degree
Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources with experience independently handling employee relations, manager coaching, and performance management processes
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Capability to quickly build trusted relationships with stakeholders
Ability to adjust to multiple demands and shifting priorities
Superb verbal and written communication skills
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Workday Experience is a plus
