REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

  • High School diploma required, College or Technical Education from accredited institutions preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in object-oriented programming languages "Python, Java, C, C+, C++, etc."
  • 5+ years of experience in relational databases. "SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc."
  • 5+ years of experience in industrial electrical environment
  • Experience with VSCode is required.
  • Experience with Inductive Automation's Ignition Platform is beneficial.
  • Experience with VB is beneficial.
  • Experience with RS Logix 500, 5000 is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, industrial power distribution, and PLC controlled equipment
  • Experience with Fanuc and Epson Robots is beneficial.
  • Experience with Cognex Vision Systems is beneficial.


DUTIES:

  • Develop and Maintain Plant level MES systems.
  • Provide technical support to external and internal customers.
  • Resolve operational problems related to projects and minimize delays or unexpected cost increases.
  • Responsible for project success whether project leader or as part of a project team.
  • Ensure all relevant safety objectives and legal requirements are observed for all work completed.
  • I dentify and address design parameters and engineering problems and ensure solutions are implemented.
  • Analyze project requirements and perform technical calculations supporting design including electrical.
