Lead and manage a Product Engineering team, as they design, implement and deliver innovative AI capabilities to our customers, working with Product and our partner teams to create multi modal conversational experiences allowing for seamless transition across voice, text, and touch interfaces.· Manage a team of engineers to deliver and support features.· Work with users of the platform to identify new opportunities. · Work with product and upstream partner teams to coordinate long-term planning and prioritization. · Monitor and manage engineering deliverables. · Foster team collaboration and communication, both within the team and with other teams. · Recruiting and hiring of engineering personnel.

About the team:

The team is building CDA-powered products on top of our CDAF platform, delivering innovative AI experiences to existing and new customers. This role will be responsible for 8+ direct reports.
