Position Overview:

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in delivering insightful reporting and analysis related to the company's Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and renewal metrics in comparison to established forecasts and budgets.


Key Responsibilities:


The successful applicant will:

  • Generate and disseminate regular monthly financial reports, collaborating with senior finance and business leaders to provide a comprehensive view of historical and projected business performance.
  • Enhance and refine the renewals reporting process, identifying and implementing improvements that boost the accuracy and timeliness of our financial reporting.
  • Support the financial planning cycle, including monthly reporting, rolling forecasts, and annual budgeting, in alignment with Revenue Operations schedules.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of acquisitions and maintain the integrity of financial data.
  • Analyze financial results to assess performance against plans and forecasts, identifying trends that may signal issues or opportunities for further exploration.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to management and the executive team, aiding decision-making for the Chief Revenue Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Board of Directors.
  • Provide ad hoc financial analysis as required.

Qualifications:


To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in Finance or Sales Operations.
  • Experience in managing revenue and sales objectives.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including the use of pivot tables and complex formulas, along with the ability to create compelling visual representations of data.
  • The capability to meet tight deadlines while prioritizing tasks with a high degree of accuracy in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and draw relevant conclusions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with comfort in presenting to and engaging with executives.
  • A proactive attitude with a desire to learn and grow within a collaborative team.
  • Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work effectively across various functions.
  • Comfort in navigating ambiguity and working with diverse data sets.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A curious mindset with a strategic approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications:


Ideal candidates may also have:

  • Experience in the enterprise software sector or management consulting.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Oracle, Google Looker, and Microsoft Excel.

Education:


A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration is required.


Travel Requirements:


Minimal and infrequent travel may be necessary.


Compensation and Benefits:


The base salary range for this position is $75,000 to $94,760 annually, with variations based on skills, experience, and location.
