- Manage procurement functions across various activities including global commodity strategy development and supplier performance monitoring
- Capable of managing global commodity teams and interacting with all levels of management
- Responsible for developing strategic business plans and determining Make/Buy decisions for suppliers
- Lead global teams in developing dynamic commodity strategies and sourcing recommendations
- Supervise, monitor, and coach employees in different locations to build effective global teams
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, or related field
- 10+ years' experience in purchasing/commodity goods management or related areas
- Global experience required with knowledge of quality systems, project management, and negotiation skills
- Strong financial knowledge, communication skills, and proficiency in ERP systems and PC tools
