Zur Verstärkung unseres Sales Teams in der Division Food and Feed Testing suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Sales Manager (m/w/d) in Vollzeit, deutschlandweit.

Stellenbeschreibung

Deine Aufgaben umfassen...

  • Auf- und Ausbau neuer und bestehender Kundenpartnerschaften aus dem Lebensmittelbereich sowohl auf nationaler als auch auf internationaler Ebene
  • inhaltliche Gestaltung von Angeboten und Verhandlung von Vertragskonditionen
  • Management von komplexen Projekten in Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden sowie internen Fachabteilungen
  • enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Kundenbetreuenden in den verschiedenen operativen Einheiten
  • Mitwirkung bei der Umsatzplanung
  • Teilnahme an Messen und Fachtagungen
  • Tätigkeit aus dem Homeoffice bei einer Reisetätigkeit von ca. 50-60%

Qualifikationen

Du hast...

  • ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im naturwissenschaftlichen Bereich (Lebensmittelchemie, Lebensmitteltechnologie, Ökotrophologie, oder vergleichbar)
  • gute Kenntnisse im Bereich getrockneter, pflanzlicher Produkte (z.B. Gewürze, Tee, Kräuter, Cannabinoide, etc.)
  • praktische Erfahrungen in der Lebensmittelindustrie
  • Vertriebserfahrung im Bereich B2B Lebensmittel
  • gute betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse und Erfahrung in einem kennzahlengesteuerten Umfeld
  • Kommunikations- und Verhandlungskompetenz mit ausgeprägter Kundenorientierung
  • gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Anwendungssicherheit mit MS-Office und gängigen ERP-Systemen
  • hohes Organisationstalent und Eigenmotivation
