Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the approval process for firm quotations, budget quotes, and estimates, documenting them in the customer logbook as per the Anti-Corruption Procedure: Sales and Management Controls and Authority Levels
  • Gather and assess sales data and analyze economic conditions to gauge the achievement of sales targets.
  • Oversee forecast analysis and maintain business development data within the Salesforce CRM system.
  • Monitor long-term business development data.
  • Implement new technologies to enhance the capabilities of the marketing and business development teams.
  • Oversee project costing for bids and conduct comprehensive evaluations after project completion.
  • Collaborate with the Operations team, serving as a primary contact for pricing requirements.
  • Generate reports detailing the status of all sales activities across North America.
  • Assist in monitoring efforts and strategies for customer retention.
  • Provide training to team members on new technological tools and software.
  • Manage a portfolio of high-value project bid opportunities in line with company policies.
  • Create and update tools for managing rental and sales pricing.
  • Identify and target high potential markets to support the company's growth and expansion strategies.
  • Organize and analyze trade show participation and related costs.
  • Comply with all company policies and legal requirements.
  • Travel to other company locations or customer sites as needed.
  • Carry out additional duties as assigned.


Skills and Knowledge:

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Power BI, Salesforce, and other relevant databases and sales software.
  • Advanced skills in Excel.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Problem-solving ability.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Sound decision-making capabilities.
