Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Brand Manager at Kiss My Face USA located in West Caldwell, NJ. The Brand Manager will be responsible for managing and developing the brand's image and identity, implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, and monitoring consumer trends. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels. The Brand Manager will collaborate closely with product development, marketing, digital, sales, creative, finance, and operations. The Brand Manager will work closely with Senior Management to plan, implement, and execute impactful promotional programs and new product launches that will engage consumers and drive customer acquisition. Brand Manager will work with planning teams to project and compile sales forecasts, and analyze sales and consumer insights to optimize marketing strategy.


Qualifications

  • Strong marketing and branding skills.
  • Excellent oral, written, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies surrounding product launches.
  • Knowledge of market research and consumer insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Experience in the natural skin care, sun care, or beauty and wellness industry required.
  • Software expertise in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Must have experience in skin care, health, or beauty marketing.
