The GMP Biomanufacturing Operator is part of the GMP Manufacturing department located in Fargo, ND and will be onsite. At Aldevron, we combine best-in-class products and service with the ideal operating environment to lay the groundwork for vital new discoveries worldwide. You will be a part of the GMP Biomanufacturing Team and will be responsible for executing production events in a GMP manufacturing environment.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Be trained to execute manufacturing processes such as transformations, cell banking, fermentation, including lysis, and chromatography. Adhere to good manufacturing practices by following appropriate gowning protocols, standard operating procedures, and good documentation practices
  • Keep manufacturing areas clean and audit-ready. Ensure a safety-first and audit-ready mindset and environment within manufacturing suites
  • Work as a team to improve and standardize manufacturing processes

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • H.S. diploma or equivalent GED required.
  • Ability to read and write in English.
  • Ability to use hands, stand, sit, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Physical/Environment Requirements:

  • Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 50 pounds and a bility to use hands, stand, sit, and bend.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Working in a manufacturing or GMP biomanufacturing setting
  • Following standard operating procedures
