Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee daily operations in the Receiving or Order Fulfillment department, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  2. Assist in managing daily workflow by prioritizing incoming inventory based on reports.
  3. Ensure proper receiving and placement of inventory, addressing any discrepancies promptly.
  4. Safely operate and supervise order fulfillment equipment, adhering to all operational guidelines.
  5. Facilitate training on equipment and processes for new and existing staff.
  6. Generate reports for management regarding order volumes, productivity, and errors.
  7. Develop daily schedules considering training needs and employee productivity.
  8. Promote a collaborative and efficient work environment.
  9. Ensure compliance with Quality Control (QC) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  10. Coordinate with the QC department for accurate inventory management.
  11. Maintain professional relationships with colleagues and management, emphasizing teamwork and customer service.

Additional Duties:

  1. Provide feedback for employee performance evaluations.
  2. Accurately pick, check, pack, stock, and ship products as needed.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent GED, along with 1-3 years of experience in Order Fulfillment or Receiving roles.
