The Ecommerce Financial Analyst will work with the Ecommerce last mile and Growth strategy team to continue building and strengthening the business.

Working with cross-functional teams such as finance, supply chain, technology, operations, real state and others you will provide actionable insights through data analytics, pre-post analysis, data mining, and financial models.

The ideal candidate should be an independent solution-oriented performer, skilled and experienced with using data to drive business action.

This is an in-office role, Monday-Friday, based in Doral, FL.

Essential Tasks and Responsibilities:
Own and execute the Financial Planning and Analysis activities for the Ecommerce division including marketing expenses associated.

Develop, and maintain the Ecommerce sales and margin planning, across the channel, in collaboration with the Ecommerce team and marketing team.

Develop, and maintain the monthly Forecasting, annual Budgeting, and periodic long term Strategic Planning for the Ecommerce division, along with scenario and trend analysis
Build, refine, and analyze both actual and forecasted P&Ls for the Ecommerce division
Partner with Accounting and Account Leads monthly to ensure revenue reconciliations, expenses, and accruals of the Ecommerce division are performed and captured accurately during the close
Develop and provide business insights around department KPIs and performance results to various key stakeholders monthly (Ecommerce team, Senior Management, Headquarters)
Build and deliver presentations to Senior Management and key leadership teams across the organization that include business performance, market assessments, competitive reviews, and other industry and business-related insights and summaries
Accelerate analytics and insights into Ecommerce performance, decision-making and forecasting (e.g. category/SKU performance, advertising spend effectiveness by tactic/program)
Challenge the status quo and seek continuous incremental improvements on existing processes throughout the organization
Other duties as described by the business.

Professional Experience and Personal Qualities
BS/BA in Accounting or Finance preferred
2+ years of experience in relevant finance & accounting roles
Demonstrated ability to transform vast amounts of data into insights and translate key takeaways to leadership and partners
Experience in developing financial models in Excel
Excellent Excel, PowerPoint skills required
Strong ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to thrive in a matrix organization and work well on cross-functional teams
Ecommerce, retail or consumer goods industry experience, preferred

Experience in financial reporting systems (e.g., Hyperion & Qlik sense), e-commerce database (e.g,, Google Analytics) and analytical & database tools (e.g.

,SQL, Python, Snowflake, Power BI) a plus
