This is an in-office role, Monday-Friday, based in Doral, FL.

Key Responsibilities:

Forecasting and Analysis:

  • Accurately forecast dry ice usage to ensure optimal supply levels and prevent shortages or overages.
  • Own and manage the accrual process for shipping, packaging, and dry ice costs, ensuring accurate financial tracking and reporting.
  • Track and analyze key operations KPIs such as on time delivery, shipping costs, and packaging efficiency to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Data-Driven Insights:

  • Utilize data to drive business improvements through cross-functional collaboration, identifying areas where efficiency can be improved.
  • Support ecommerce network optimization projects, including the expansion of our partner network, by analyzing performance data and identifying the best partners.
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis as requested by leadership to support strategic decision-making, providing actionable insights and recommendations.

Collaboration and Support:

  • Work closely with various teams including Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide analytical support for ecommerce initiatives and projects, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to streamline operations and reduce costs.

Professional Experience and Personal Qualities:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field.
  • Advanced Excel skills are required.
  • Experience with BI tools (e.g., Qlik Sense, Tableau, Power BI), databases (e.g., Snowflake, SQL Server, MySQL), and programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
  • Previous experience in an ecommerce, logistics, or operations role is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and a passion for problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
