What you'll be doing:
- Lead and oversee the entire People function, including Talent Development, Business Partner, Rewards, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and Culture Management.
- Serve as a strategic People partner to the leadership team and department heads, addressing organizational and people-related issues.
- Manage the total rewards strategy, including compensation, benefits, and recognition programs.
- Ensure accurate and compliant payroll processing in multiple regions.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture through effective Culture Management.
- Drive and oversee the Performance Review process, ensuring it aligns with company goals and objectives.
- Implement talent development initiatives to enhance skills and performance.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to attract top talent globally.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the People Team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company goals.
What you'll need:
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of senior HR leadership experience, with a strong track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Expertise in software development methodologies, tools, and technologies.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fully remote and multicultural environment.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- A passion for fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
