Some responsibilities include:
  • Overseeing and directing day to day accounting functions.
  • Participate and assist with financial integration of acquired entities.
  • Supervise month-end closing.
  • Review high risk or complex account reconciliations.
  • Responsible for preparation, analysis, and review of financial reporting package.
  • Assist the FP&A team and department managers in the development of annual budgets.
  • Manage coordination and timely completion of annual financial statements and audit, in collaboration with the external CPA firm.
  • Assist third parties (tax consultants) to file income tax returns, as well as property tax returns.
  • Ad hoc projects.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, or other finance related. CPA a plus.
  • 15 years of experience
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP.
  • Management experience is a must.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • A team player.
