- Overseeing and directing day to day accounting functions.
- Participate and assist with financial integration of acquired entities.
- Supervise month-end closing.
- Review high risk or complex account reconciliations.
- Responsible for preparation, analysis, and review of financial reporting package.
- Assist the FP&A team and department managers in the development of annual budgets.
- Manage coordination and timely completion of annual financial statements and audit, in collaboration with the external CPA firm.
- Assist third parties (tax consultants) to file income tax returns, as well as property tax returns.
- Ad hoc projects.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, or other finance related. CPA a plus.
- 15 years of experience
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP.
- Management experience is a must.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- A team player.

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:
- the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
- licensure and certification requirements;
- office location and other geographic considerations;
