Responsibilities:
  • Partner with leadership on all financial and operational management including budgeting and accounting.
  • Establishes and improves internal control systems.
  • Leads preparation of financial statements and operating reports ensuring compliance with appropriate GAAP.
  • Oversees processing of transactions and accounting data ensuringlegal and regulatory compliance regarding all financial functions.
  • Works with external audit team.
  • Managesannual audit.
  • Responsible for monthly reporting to leadership.
  • Assessesorganizational performance against budgets with management.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, MBA and CPA preferred
  • 5-10 years of experience as a Controller.

  • Verbal/written communication skills
