About the Role:
- Manage Brightwell's platform's network capabilities in various countries, currencies, and payment methods across multiple partners.
- Develop expertise in sending money to key regions like LATAM, EUR, and APAC.
- Collaborate with internal teams as a subject matter expert on network capabilities, costs, and transaction requirements.
- Analyze corridor performance data, identify expansion opportunities, and troubleshoot payment issues.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of payments industry experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including V and XLookup, pivot tables) and SQL.
- Strong project management skills and strategic thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive work style.
- Ability to multitask and manage client-facing projects.
