Product Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our team at Heartland, a Global Payments Company. As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our innovative products.
Key Responsibilities- Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with the company's overall business goals.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Product Roadmap: Create and manage a detailed product roadmap, prioritizing features and functionalities based on strategic objectives.
- Feature Definition: Collaborate with stakeholders to define product features, write requirements, and prioritize development efforts.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
- Product Launch: Oversee product launches, including marketing campaigns, sales enablement, and customer education.
- Product Performance: Monitor product performance post-launch, gather feedback, and make data-driven decisions to improve product success.
- Customer Focus: Advocate for the customer's needs and ensure that products meet their expectations.
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in product management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of product development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
- Experience gathering and documenting software requirements.
- Proven ability to analyze market data and customer feedback.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Passion for building exceptional products and delivering value to customers.
- Proven track record of successful product launches.
- Experience with data analysis tools and metrics.
- Experience working with remote teams.
- Experience in HR tech, Human Capital Management (HCM), Benefits Administration or Payroll software preferred.
