Account Executives will execute on regional plans, including the identification of core customers and mapping the benefits of our solutions to solve customer challenges.

We're looking for people who want to build something from the ground up and aren't afraid of an entrepreneurial mindset.

What you'll be doing:

  • Communicate effectively with both engineering and InfoSec teams as well as executives.
  • Achieve sales quotas for allocated accounts and/or territory on a quarterly and annual basis by developing a sales strategy with a target prospect list and a regional sales plan.
  • Develop plans with the marketing and channel team to drive revenue growth.
  • Be the trusted advisor to the customer by understanding their existing and future IT roadmap to drive the Teleport solution within the marketplace.
  • Identify champions at your key accounts and help them make the business case for our products to their executive sponsors.
  • Mentor our Sales Development Reps and collaborate with them in order to break into your target accounts.
  • Strong listening and storytelling skills.
  • Provide structured customer feedback to our product and engineering teams so we can continue to elevate our offerings.

What you'll bring:

  • 5+ years of quota attainment as an enterprise Account Executive in a startup or Cybersecurity Industry.
  • Be familiar with a solution-based approach to selling, have experience managing a complex sales process
  • Humility, curiosity and resilience
  • You're not afraid of prospecting.
  • Fluent in French or German
