Job Description

The Marketing Analytics and Business Insights (MABI) function at AbbVie supports the US organization, consisting of researchers, analysts, data scientists, and strategists dedicated to excellence in the biopharmaceutical industry. This role within the Analytics Center of Excellence focuses on optimizing the customer experience through data-driven insights.

Core Job Responsibilities:

  • Extract patterns and correlations from internal and external data sources using machine learning.
  • Build reliable, scalable predictive models.
  • Maintain and optimize machine learning models.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define business questions and objectives.
  • Transform data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Develop and operationalize machine learning models.
  • Design measurement solutions for analytical purposes.

Qualifications
  • Masters degree in quantitative fields required.
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing analytics or related fields.
  • Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and BI tools.
  • Experience with big data technologies and pharmaceutical datasets.
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong communication and project management experience.
