Summary and Role Purpose

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Sr. Manager, Campaign Orchestration and Program Management to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of our marketing campaigns. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end campaign orchestration and program management, ensuring seamless coordination globally. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in campaign and project management, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to drive complex marketing programs to success.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy and Planning:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive global campaign strategies aligned with business goals to define and deliver integrated campaigns.
  • Creation of a cross-functional single plan and empowerment of our integrated marketing calendar.
  • Lead the creation and standardization of detailed campaign plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Provide strategic insights to enhance campaign effectiveness and achieve optimal results.
  • Manage a clear cadence of reporting, monitor program performance, and identify areas for improvement; use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve campaign outcomes

Program Management:

  • Lead an internal team to manage marketing programs from conception to completion, ensuring all elements are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Build our project/production management foundation through process documentation and standardization of how we coordinate across the team from the upfront project intake all the way through execution for our major campaigns like Simulation World and Driven by Simulation down to our everyday run the business foundation projects.
  • Oversee the team to standardize our project/production management project plans that include full project timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks to program success.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Lead a team of campaign operations experts to guide global and local teams to design, build, active and measure our marketing campaigns.
  • Lead a team of project managers to ensure delivery of all marketing projects through efficient and effective collaboration between the marketing project owner and production teams.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including marketing teams, creative, sales, and technology partners.
  • Further develop effective communication channels to ensure smooth collaboration across departments.

  • Support the organization's transformation as we continue to centralize and refine our campaign process.

Minimum Education/Certification Requirements and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 8+ Proven years experience in campaign operations, performance marketing or a similar role.
  • 3+ Years management experience.
  • PMP certification preferred.
  • Agency experience a plus.
  • Global experience a plus.
