Job Description: Senior Manager of Demand Marketing (High Touch)


We are searching for a Senior Manager of Demand Marketing to join Quickbase's High Touch Demand team. You will lead our demand generation efforts in creating pipeline from within our customer base. Developing compelling campaigns that can resonate for a customer with 100,000 users one day and then thinking about creating a compelling campaign that will resonate with 100's of small business users the next.

Day-to-day you will bring high-converting programs to market across target customer segments, using a range of channels. Your superpower will be creating a bridge between Marketing, Sales, Sales Development and Customer Success pipeline generating activities for a unified customer experience. This is a visible and high-impact opportunity to work across teams to build and deliver a critical piece of our business strategy. The expansion side of our business is the biggest revenue generator for Quickbase.

When you join Quickbase's High Touch Demand team, you are joining a team that is responsible for programs that thoughtfully surround some of our highest value audiences with meaningful and memorable experiences, measured by new and increased revenue. We are a highly cross functional team that works with teams in sales, growth, product marketing, and operations to acquire and expand customers.

Successful high touch demand marketers use their creativity, willingness to test and learn, and a focus on the who (and why) of every touch point in the buyer journey to drive results.

Your responsibilities will include:

Demand programs for expansion pipeline

  • Create quarterly demand program strategy for expand sales segments
  • Partner with sales and cross functional teams to execute marketing programs across the sales cycle and across channels
  • Drive high value expansion opportunities through targeted ABM efforts
  • Accountable for sourced and influenced pipeline goals
  • Create a customer segmentation strategy built for demand generation. How should we think about the segmentation of our customer base and which revenue plays they are strong targets for.

Pipeline performance reporting and insights

· Align on goals and report on performance of sourced and influenced pipeline goals

· Provide insights on what channels, messages and offers work for which audiences and why, flag where programs are not working with recommendations to course correct

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in digital marketing leadership roles, preferably in B2B SaaS.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing demand marketing strategies that drive measurable results across key personas and audiences
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Excellent analytical skills to run and measure demand program performance, identify insights from pipeline data across the sales funnel
  • Strong knowledge of demand channels and measurement, buyer journeys, and best practices.
  • Willingness to learn new tactics and channels
