As Product Manager you will help drive and manage effective design thinking exercises & projects for Aireal's product development and partner projects. In this role, you will be involved in the pursuit of new opportunities, planning the roadmap of new products, and managing the development of memorable experiences that result in sustainable growth and returns for the business.

Your Responsibilities

Develop and manage product roadmaps, analyze customer and product data and turn insights into actionable initiatives.
Identifying market opportunities, and building business cases
Define product requirements, drive adoption, lead user acceptance testing, and address business and system issues.
Analyze competitive offerings to inform your strategy taking into consideration the features, positioning, commercial offers and Aireal's long term objectives
Drive the go to market strategy for products, including competitive positioning, pricing, and sales enablement
Design new features and capabilities that enable business users to operate more effectively, intelligently, and efficiently
Leverage strong communication skills and a passion for using data and software to drive business decisions at scale
You will own the product vision, roadmap, architecture, and delivery plan and will be accountable for product growth - with emphasis on new customer acquisition, retention, and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
You will analyze customer and market signal. You will help identify customers' unmet or unknown needs via quantitative and qualitative analyses (e.g., customer usage, various listening systems, feedback channels of market and industry trends). While you will obsess about the customer, you will also be keenly aware of the competition, market and industry trends.

Minimum Qualifications

2+ years of experience in software product management
Proficiency in product lifecycle management processes and tools
Ability to operate independently with general direction
Executive communication skills both verbally and in writing
Operate with a sense of urgency and accountability
Excellent team collaboration
Be comfortable with educating while collaborating
Work collaboratively to build relationships and get things done through formal and informal channels
Proven track record of strong leadership, team management skills, and a strategic acumen
Superior project management and design management skills; attention to detail
Compelling presentation and proposal skills
Proven ability to multi-task, work in a remote ambiguous, and dynamic work environment; is comfortable with risk and uncertainty
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Human-Computer Interaction, or 1+ years equivalent experience in a technical or design field
You have proven ability to take ideas from conception to productization - in either consumer or commercial context.
You have strong product intuition - with exceptional UI and UX instincts; and an ability to connect the dots across the needs from multiple customers to a common solution that solves the underlying and often unmentioned needs.
You have a growth mindset. You are constantly seeking to learn from your mistakes and share these learnings with the broader team.


Preferred Qualifications

Utilizing and applying into projects knowledge of IT implementation and maintenance, learning initiatives, operations reporting, metrics, marketing and communications;
Exploring new technologies & assembling and managing product teams by working closely with engineering team and stakeholders;
Working in small multidisciplinary teams to help build products that are beneficial to our consultants and their clients;
Demonstrating flexibility by working to define requirements while simultaneously designing for those requirements;
Establishing a successful collaboration model with business leadership teams and functional leadership teams;
Developing and maintaining relationships with key management within significant vendor organizations and leveraging those relationships to solve any relationship issues and to stay current with technology and other developments within those companies;
Presenting at meetings and conferences to create awareness of product strategy and generate excitement for future business opportunities;
Managing/coaching small multidisciplinary product teams and collaborating with designers, business users, and developers to innovate and drive product development
Being an influential voice on behalf of the customer
Producing visual prototype and functions.
